We often spend money to make ourselves ‘feel happy’ but are these things truly helping you reach your health goals?
Coaching is a process that gets under all of this and creates real shifts in your life that will bring you closer to finding real happiness and contentment. Often coaching will also touch on financial matters and money mindset too, so sometimes coaching can help you spend less on unhelpful or unnecessary things saving you money in the long run.
Our sessions takes place via video coaching. Coaching over video call is like coaching in person, the only difference is that we’re talking through a screen rather than face to face! This method of coaching means you can work with me no matter where you live from and works around your schedule.
My coaching sessions are 30 minutes or 1 hour, depending on the service. The process is conversational, question lead and is very much lead by you.
I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition‘s cutting-edge Health Coaching Training Programme. In May ’22 I also certified in Advanced Gut Health with IIN too. See my certificates here.
During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
My 3 month programme includes 9 private 1:1 coaching sessions on video calls or over the phone.
- 1 hour consultation
- 4 x 30 minute follow up session (for the first 4 consecutive weeks)
- 3 x 1 hour follow up sessions (biweekly meeting)
- 1 hour final session.
The programme also includes a cookery class with me.
Absolutely! My programme is mostly based online or over the phone. Depending on where you live, the only difference would be the 1:1 shopping trip and cookery class would be on a video call.
