FAQs

Are your products vegan and gluten free?
All of the ingredients I use are vegan and made in a kitchen that does not handle gluten.

Do you cater for those with nut allergies?
No. All of my products contain nuts so therefore are not suitable for those with a nut allergy. Some of the products contain coconut and soya too.

Can I order something bespoke?
Possibly! Send me an email to info@laurawooding.com and we can talk about what you would like.

Where can I come to try your products?
Sometimes there maybe samples at Scoop Wholefoods in Bristol and Bath.

How long is the shelf life?
Nut Roast – 6 days (chilled), 6 months (frozen)
Mini Christmas Puds – 2 months
Activated Walnut Bars- 2 months

Do you use plastic?
I don’t use plastics to pack my products. My Nut Roasts are wrapped in compostable parchment paper and recyclable paper. My christmas puds and walnuts bars are wrapped in compostable & biodegradable NatureFlex™ Bags, which is compostable film made from wood pulp sourced from managed locations. This film has excellent properties and is made from renewable, sustainable sources. It will decompose when bacteria or other living organisms act on them. Home compostable bags can be composted along with your garden waste, and sometimes food waste (depending on local kerbside collections) and will degrade quite quickly. They are certified to the EN13432 standard for compostable packaging. I reuse cardboard boxes or use my thermobox for deliveries. Please recycle your packaging when finished, thank you!
