HOW THE COACHING PROCESS WORKS...

1.

Before your first session

  • We discuss and arrange all of your session dates and times, which includes 9 private 1:1 coaching sessions on video calls (zoom/ facetime/ skype) or over the phone.

  • You’ll receive a Welcome Pack including a Welcome Letter, Programme Agreement, Schedule and a journaling exercise, to get the ball rolling right away!

  • A Health History form will also need to be completed by you, which covers your general health, eating habits, womens health, medical, food and lifestyle practices and health goals.

2.

1 hour Initial Consultation

  • We go through your Health History and assess your current lifestyle, concerns and goals to create a personalised plan just for you.

3.

Follow Up Sessions

Each session includes…

  • Listening to your journey so far.
  • A whole-person approach to co-creating your unique gut, mind and lifestyle plan. 
  • I suggest 1-3 food, mind or lifestyle changes to reach your goals.
  • We build upon habits by setting enjoyable actionable steps to complete inbetween sessions.
  • You’ll track your progress with personalised Check-In Charts.
  • Personalised recipes and videos into your Online Cookbook, all realistic and specific to support your gut and meet your lifestyle, health needs and goals.
  • Explore questions and relevant topics to support you.
  • Being held accountable to your goals and commitments, and given the support and guidance you’ll need to follow through. 
  • Email support – session notes, resources, exercises and supporting handouts
  • Guidance and self-help prompts with a 3 month Journal.
  • Unlimited email and whatsapp support inbetween sessions for questions and support.
  • Additional support from health professionals (doctors, nutritional therapists etc) including videos, challenges, cheat sheets, podcasts, infographics, recipes and more, all based on your specific health goals.

4.

1 hour Final Session

  • Time to celebrate all that you have achieved! We review your progress and plan, and you’ll leave with recommendations to maintain what you’ve achieved for the long term.
  • You’ll also receive a Completion Of Programme outlining all of your progress and successes to celebrate!
