Happy + Healthy is my online 1:1 Health and Nutrition Coaching 12 week programme for busy professionals, struggling with low energy and stress, to simplify their day, at work and at home, to feel healthy, happy and energised!

This programme is designed to help you get that fresh feeling back to fill you with energy, so you can be your best. We take a holistic 360-degree approach to your health so you can feel better right away, and make sustainable, long lasting lifestyle change.

This step-by-step proven online programme is tailored to your individual goals and needs to help you to find simple and enjoyable ways to eat and live well, so you can feel great and know your future health is in good hands.

You will develop a strong foundation for your health whilst using the ‘food as medicine’ approach to optimise your gut, the key to your health.

With me as your trusty guide on the side, 12 weeks is an ideal time frame to set and achieve health goals through small consistent steps and building upon each session to develop long lasting healthy habits.

Throughout I help build your knowledge, skills and confidence to manage your own health. I guide, motivate, inspire whilst holding you accountability throughout your journey.

A whole-person approach

I practice a holistic approach to health, so we look at nutrition, your gut health and how 12 areas of your life are connected, like home cooking, physical movement and sleep, whilst digging deep to discover your root causes and supporting you as a whole person. Does your low energy stop you from eating well? Does stress in your relationships cause you to overeat? 

We work together to nourish your life ON and OFF the plate. You can eat all the kale in the world but if you aren’t nourishing other areas of your life too, you can 
feel depleted.

Accountability

Studies prove you are twice as likely to meet your goals with the right support system. 

I carefully listen, guide, support, educate, empower and hold you accountable, so I support you every step of the way.

I support you in developing the skills, self- confidence and belief in yourself to make positive changes, even when making change is hard.

WHY ME?

I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, “the world’s largest nutrition school”, with a particular interest in working with people experiencing low energy, stress, digestive problems and low mood. I am a former NHS Health and Wellness Coach as well who dedicates myself to continued professional development. I take a client-centred holistic approach to guide you through your health journey and create long term sustainable change.

To compliment this I am a qualified Chef and Nutrition Advisor and continued professional development in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Life Coaching, Advanced Gut Health, Personalised Conversations – Health Coaching Skills 1 & 2, Healthy Weight Coach Training, Mental Health First Aid Training, Suicide Prevention Training and Motivation Interviewing.

Through my 15-year health journey, I have a strong passion for enjoyable and sustainable diet and lifestyle change, which really helps me to meet you where you’re at.

This programme brings together the steps I followed to transform my health, along with 5 years of experience of working with 100’s people from 16-96 years old who had various health conditions. We work closely together providing you with the encouragement, accountability and tools to better your health.

Consider how much you might be willing to spend on midweek snacks, supplements, or drinks on the weekend, all of these quickly add up, yet often they aren’t helping you to reach your goals and feel your healthiest self. We often spend money to make ourselves ‘feel happy’ but are these things helping you to reach your health goals?

Coaching is a process that gets under all of this and creates real shifts in your life that will bring you closer to finding real happiness and contentment.

Every session takes place via Google Meets. I email you links for each session ahead of time.

Coaching over video call is like coaching in person, the only difference is that we’re talking through a screen rather than face to face! This method of coaching means you can work with me no matter where you live and works around your schedule.

9 private coaching sessions on Zoom or over the phone:

  • 1-hour Initial Consultation
  • 4 x 30-minute coaching sessions (weekly for the first month)
  • 3 x 50-minute coaching sessions (meeting bi-weekly)
  • 1-hour final session

    The process is conversational, question lead and is very much lead by you.

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition‘s cutting-edge Health Coaching Training Programme. In May ’22 I also certified in Advanced Gut Health with IIN too. See my certificates here.

During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.

Absolutely! Every health coaching session happens on Google Meets, You can also choose to run sessions on the phone if you wish. The cookery class included is even online!
