Happy + Healthy is a personalised 1:1 health and nutrition coaching programme for busy professionals, struggling with low energy and stress, to simplify their day, at work and at home, to feel healthy, happy and energised!

This programme is designed to help you get that fresh feeling back to fill you with energy, so you can be your best, at work and at home. We take a holistic 360-degree approach to your health so you can feel better right away, and make sustainable, long lasting lifestyle change.

This step-by-step proven programme is tailored to your individual goals and needs to help you to find simple and enjoyable ways to eat and live well, so you can feel great right away and know your future health is in good hands.

With me as your trusty guide on the side, 3 months is an ideal time frame to set and achieve health goals through small consistent steps and building upon each session to develop long lasting healthy habits.

You will develop a strong foundation for your health whilst using the ‘food as medicine’ approach to optimise your gut, the key to your health.

Throughout I help build your knowledge, skills and confidence to manage your own health and guide, motivate, inspire and hold you accountability throughout your journey. All of which has powerfully helped the 100’s of people, between 16-96 years old with a huge range of health challenges, to feel healthy, happy and energised again.

A whole-person approach

I practice a holistic approach to health, so we look at nutrition, your gut health and how 12 areas of your life are connected, like home cooking, physical movement and sleep, whilst digging deep to discover your root causes and supporting you as a whole person. Does your low energy stop you from eating well? Does stress in your relationships cause you to overeat? 

We work together to nourish your life ON and OFF the plate. You can eat all the kale in the world but if you aren’t nourishing other areas of your life too, you can 
feel depleted.

I carefully listen, guide, support, educate, empower and hold you accountable, so I support you every step of the way.

Throughout I intently listen to your unique story to help build your awareness and overcome obstacles holding you back from making change.

I support you in developing the skills, self- confidence and belief in yourself to make positive changes, even when making change is hard.

I’m an NHS Health Coach and certified Integrative Nutrition Private Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, “the world’s largest nutrition school”, with a particular interest in working with people experiencing low energy, stress, digestive problems and low mood. I take a client-centred holistic approach to guide you through your health journey and create long term sustainable change.

I’m a qualified Chef and Nutrition Advisor, plus continue professional development in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Life Coaching and Advanced Gut Health. Through my 12 year health journey, I have a strong passion for enjoyable and sustainable diet and lifestyle change, which really

Consider how much you might be willing to spend on midweek snacks, supplements, or drinks on the weekend, all of these quickly add up, yet often they aren’t helping you to reach your goals and feel your healthiest self. We often spend money to make ourselves ‘feel happy’ but are these things truly helping you reach your health goals?

Coaching is a process that gets under all of this and creates real shifts in your life that will bring you closer to finding real happiness and contentment. Often coaching will also touch on financial matters and money mindset too, so sometimes coaching can help you spend less on unhelpful or unnecessary things saving you money in the long run.

Our sessions takes place via video coaching. Coaching over video call is like coaching in person, the only difference is that we’re talking through a screen rather than face to face! This method of coaching means you can work with me no matter where you live from and works around your schedule.

My coaching sessions are 30 minutes or 1 hour, depending on the service. The process is conversational, question lead and is very much lead by you.

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition‘s cutting-edge Health Coaching Training Programme. In May ’22 I also certified in Advanced Gut Health with IIN too. See my certificates here.

During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.

My 3 month programme includes 9 private 1:1 coaching sessions on video calls or over the phone.

This includes:

  • 1 hour consultation
  • 4 x 30 minute follow up session (for the first 4 consecutive weeks)
  • 3 x 1 hour follow up sessions (biweekly meeting)
  • 1 hour final session.

The programme also includes a cookery class with me.

Absolutely! My programme is mostly based online or over the phone. Depending on where you live, the only difference would be the 1:1 shopping trip and cookery class would be on a video call.
