Although health coaches are available in the NHS, they are widely dispersed and not available in every GP practice. From my experience working as an NHS Health Coach, wait times can stretch up to two months and calls can be brief. Choosing to work with me means immediate, personalised, and consistent support. I provide dedicated 45-minute biweekly sessions, weekly check-ins and live acccountability inbetween sessions, allowing for in-depth guidance, tailored strategies, and accountability to help you reach your goals.

In my practice, we also work together on gut health, mental health, and weight management, all with a trauma-informed approach to ensure you feel safe and supported throughout your journey.
While health coaches provide practical strategies and accountability to help you make lasting lifestyle changes, counsellors and therapists typically address emotional, psychological, or relational issues, often exploring past experiences and mental health concerns. Both roles support personal growth, but health coaching is more action-oriented and future-focused, whereas counselling and therapy may delve deeper into emotional processes.

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition‘s cutting-edge Health Coaching Training Programme.
During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
