I practise a holistic approach to health, recognising that 16 interconnected areas of your life impact your overall wellbeing. Together, we uncover the root causes of the challenges you face, and support you with personalised Health Coaching.
We’ll nourish your life both ON and OFF the plate. While healthy eating is vital, it’s equally important to maintain balance in other areas of your life to prevent feeling depleted. By working with your Bio-Individuality and SMART goal setting, we will create personalised steps that align with your unique lifestyle and needs.

We adopt a food-as-medicine approach and focus on blood sugar management to support your health. Together, we’ll explore proven strategies that prioritise consistency and accountability, and support you with Healthy Weight coaching and simplify things with my experience as a nutritional chef.
We’ll establish a solid framework for nutritious eating by incorporating a wide variety of tasty, healthy, local, seasonal, and vibrant foods. This balanced approach will not only nourish your body but also make healthy eating enjoyable and sustainable.
MENTAL HEALTH
Through Health Coaching, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Coaching and Mental Health First Aid I help you manage, reduce and respond to feelings of anxiety, low mood, stress, overwhelm, lack of motivation, and negative thought patterns.
Your body responds to the way you think, feel and act. When you build your awareness and have go-to tools, you can powerfully shift to a better place mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
STRESS MANAGEMENT
We take a holistic approach to stress using techniques such as Nervous System Regulation, Mindfulness, Stress Regulation and Progressive Muscle Relaxation to support busy professionals in navigating daily challenges.
My behaviour change exercises will help you identify effective strategies for performing at your best, achieving a work-life balance and preventing burnout. This approach is vital as it recognises the connection between mind and body, empowering individuals to build resilience and enhance overall wellbeing.
GUT HEALTH
When it comes to gut health, my approach removes confusion, strict rules and deprivation by ‘crowding out’.
Step by step, we use my health coaching 5R Gut Health Protocol, Vagus Nerve Strategies and find effective personalised strategies to reduce symptoms, manage your cravings and optimise gut health.
Through a holistic approach, empowering you with easy-to-understand science and applying the essential nutritional building blocks, you’ll find what your unique gut needs to get better!

TRAUMA-INFORMED
I take a Trauma-informed Approach, recognising the profound impact of past experiences – including childhood trauma, PTSD, sexual trauma, medical trauma and chronic stress on an individual’s health.
This perspective is essential for creating a safe space that supports healing and fosters resilience. By addressing trauma with sensitivity, I empower clients to rediscover their strength and promote meaningful change in their health and wellbeing, often working alongside other healthcare professionals if needed, like psychotherapists to provide a holistic support system.
MINDSET
