We discover what causes you to think, feel and behave the way you do, uncovering self-sabotaging behaviours and unblocking limiting beliefs, that you have been living by for so many years.
Through coaching we close the “gap” between where you are now and where you want to be, to create new patterns and motivation towards your future health vision.
STRESS MANAGEMENT
Together I guide you using the concept of bio-individuality, nervous system regulation and SMART goal setting to make positive changes that are based on your unique lifestyle, health needs, preferences and ancestral background.
We look at other factors present in your daily life, as it’s not just food which makes us feel nourished and fulfilled.
My behaviour change exercises will help you to find the most effective ways for you to perform best at work, find an enjoyable work-life balance, as well as resolve and prevent burnout.
NUTRITION
Through coaching sessions, we discover the best food and drink to support you and your gut. Viome Gut Testing is also available to receive personalised food, drink and supplement lists.
We create a solid framework for nutritious eating by finding ways to consume a wide variety of tasty, healthy, local, seasonal, balanced and rainbow coloured foods.
We’ll explore many proven strategies like mindful eating, food journals and simple handouts on how to balance your plate. Pre-planning and accountability will help you with consistency!
GUT HEALTH
When it comes to gut health, my approach removes confusion, strict rules and deprivation.
Step by step, together we find effective strategies to reduce symptoms, manage your cravings and optimise gut health.

MENTAL HEALTH
I combine health coaching, positive psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy to help you manage and optimise your mind, body and spirit.
Your body responds to the way you think, feel and act. When you build your awareness and have your go-to tools, you can very powerfully shift to a better place mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
SUPPORT, LOVE & CONNECTION
One thing I’ve discovered on my health journey was how helpful it was talking to others. We’re not designed to be alone, but connected within a community who we can talk to and can support us.
We create time in your busy schedule for community, like spending time with friends and family, reconnecting with people you’ve lost contact with, meeting people who will support you and volunteering.
