Enjoy as a serving alongside your other delicious dishes for an evening meal, lunch or for a special occasion. It even goes great in sandwiches and crumbled ontop of summer salads!
They’re all homemade in my kitchen in Somerset, which is Food and Safety plus Covid-19 regulated and approved by Council Officers. My business has a food hygiene rating of 5.

Ingredients:
Red lentils*, brown rice flour*, walnuts (nuts)*, cashews (nuts), sunflower seeds*, pumpkin seeds*, carrots*, onion*, celery*, sun-dried tomato infused olive oil*, extra virgin olive oil*, apricots, cranberries*, bouillon stock*, ground garlic, tamari (soya)*, rosemary*, thyme*, turmeric*, fine sea salt, white pepper*.
All ingredients are responsibly sourced and zero waste where possible. *organic ingredients.

Made in a kitchen containing peanuts, tree nuts, celery, sesame seeds, mustard & soya.
Chilled: Store below 5°C. Store in packaging.
Use By Date:
Chilled (6 days)
Frozen (6 months)
If freezing, place in freezer as soon as possible after delivery and before Use By date and consume within six months. Store below -18°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once defrosted use within 48 hours.
Food contact material:
➜ Fully wrapped in FSC certified and home compostable parchment wrapping.
Outer layer materials:
➜ Brown kraft wrapping paper (recyclable).
➜ Biodegradable hemp green twine. Can be reused for gardening projects and crafts.⠀
➜ Kraft paper tags (recyclable).
Does not contain BPA.
To cook, simply remove the paper wrapping.
Place the nut roast on a baking tray, on top of the parchment paper it is wrapped in.
Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven.
Cook from chilled: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4 – 10-15 minutes.
Cook from frozen: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5- 20-25 minutes.
Allow to rest for a few minutes, slice and enjoy!

Cover the top of the nut roast with the smaller parchment sheet.
Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven.
Cook from chilled: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4 – 25-30 minutes.
Cook from frozen: 190°C/Fan 170°C /Gas Mark 5 – 45-50 minutes.
Allow to rest for a few minutes, slice and enjoy!
