A sound bath is a deeply immersive meditative experience where soothing tones and vibrations gently guide the mind and body into a state of calm and balance.
It helps your nervous system relax, eases stress and anxiety, and supports balance in your body, mind, and energy. Think of it as a restorative pause a moment to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
I play himalayan bowls, crystal quartz bowls, a sea drum, buffalo drum, a rain stick, koshi chimes, and seed shakers to create carefully curated frequencies that guide you gently and deeply on a journey inward.
Sound travels through water over four times faster than it does through air (Air: 760 mph | Water: 3,350 mph). Since our bodies are around 70% water, we naturally absorb sound and vibration at a deep level. This makes sound healing a gentle, effective way to support both your physical wellbeing and your overall energy.
