Your Healthy Gut Reset is a personalised 3 month 1:1 Health & Nutrition Coaching Programme which takes a holistic 360-degree approach to your health how to make sustainable, long lasting lifestyle change.

This step-by-step programme will help you to find ways to eat well for your body, improve digestion, feel happier, increase energy, stress less, find mental clarity, get fit as well as feel overall healthy and happy!

I personally guide you, through health and nutrition coaching, to make simple small changes which make big positive differences to your health. This programme is tailored to your individual goals and needs. Throughout I provide the knowledge, guidance, motivation, inspiration and accountability throughout your health journey so it’s enjoyable and never overwhelming.

You’ll develop a strong foundation for health whilst applying the ‘food as medicine’ approach, to aid in preventing dis-ease for optimal short and long term health.

I practice a holistic approach to gut health and wellbeing, which means we look at nutrition plus how 12 areas of your life are connected, like home cooking, physical movement and sleep, whilst digging deep to discover your root causes and treating you as a whole person. Does your low energy stop you from eating well? Does stress in your relationships cause you to overeat? 

We work together to nourish your life ON and OFF the plate. You can eat all the kale in the world but if you are not nourishing other areas of your life too, your gut health and overall wellbeing can feel out of balance.

I’m an NHS Health Coach and certified Integrative Nutrition Private Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, “the world’s largest nutrition school”, with a particular interest in working with people experiencing gut and mental health challenges I take a client-centred holistic approach to guide you through your health journey and create long term sustainable change.

I’m a qualified Chef and Nutrition Advisor, plus continue professional development in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Life Coaching and Advanced Gut Health. Through my 12 year health journey I’ve developed a strong passion for gut health, mental wellbeing and sustainable lifestyle change, which really helps me to meet you where you’re at.

Consider how much you might be willing to spend on midweek snacks, supplements, or drinks on the weekend, all of these quickly add up, yet often they aren’t helping you to reach your goals and feel your healthiest self. We often spend money to make ourselves ‘feel happy’ but are these things truly helping you reach your health goals?

Coaching is a process that gets under all of this and creates real shifts in your life that will bring you closer to finding real happiness and contentment. Often coaching will also touch on financial matters and money mindset too, so sometimes coaching can help you spend less on unhelpful or unnecessary things saving you money in the long run.

Our sessions takes place via video coaching. Coaching over video call is like coaching in person, the only difference is that we’re talking through a screen rather than face to face! This method of coaching means you can work with me no matter where you live from and works around your schedule.

My coaching sessions are 30 minutes or 1 hour, depending on the service. The process is conversational, question lead and is very much lead by you.

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition‘s cutting-edge Health Coaching Training Programme. In May ’22 I also certified in Advanced Gut Health with IIN too. See my certificates here.

During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.

My 3 month programme includes 9 private 1:1 coaching sessions on video calls or over the phone.

This includes:

  • 1 hour consultation
  • 4 x 30 minute follow up session (for the first 4 consecutive weeks)
  • 3 x 1 hour follow up sessions (biweekly meeting)
  • 1 hour final session.

The programme also includes a cookery class with me.

Absolutely! My programme is mostly based online or over the phone. Depending on where you live, the only difference would be the 1:1 cookery class would be on a video call.
