I’m based in Bristol and Somerset, and through my private practice, I offer remote 1:1 Health Coaching to support clients wherever they are—alongside my coaching work within the NHS.
With over 5 years’ experience, I’ve supported more than 800 individuals to overcome low energy and high stress, helping them improve their overall health and wellbeing.
My background combines professional training in behaviour change, nutritional catering, and whole-person health approaches. I draw on tools from gut health, trauma-informed coaching, CBT, healthy weight management, and mental health first aid to help clients build sustainable habits that truly last.
Through my signature HEALTHY. HAPPY. ENERGISED™ 1:1 Health Coaching and workplace wellness workshops, I guide individuals to feel more in control of their health, vibrant, and energised—while supporting both personal and professional growth.
