Combining my experience of health coaching, nutrition and cookery, over the last 4 years running my own health coaching business, as well as working with the NHS, organisations and wellness events, I’ve guided and empowered 100’s of busy stressed professionals through 1:1s, workshops and group programmes to feel healthy, happy and energised; to grow personally and professionally.

My advanced studies in gut health and behaviour change merged with a deep interest in mental health, has helped people to achieve their life-changing health goals and built habits for long-term positive health.

I have also personally found transformative benefits in applying coaching techniques and strategies into my own 12-year health journey, to feel, eat, sleep and work better, which helped me achieve
‘Best Entrepreneur 2021’ with UKIHCA.
