Combining my 5 years experience of health coaching, nutrition and culinary arts, I’ve guided and empowered 400+ busy, stressed professionals through 1:1 coaching, workplace wellness workshops and NHS collaborations to feel healthy, happy and energised; to grow personally and professionally.

Supporting hundreds of patients as a former NHS Health Coach, along with my advanced studies in gut health, lifestyle and behaviour change combined with a deep interest in mental health, has helped everyone I’ve worked with achieve health goals and build habits for long-term great health.

I too, have undergone a profound personal transformation by integrating coaching techniques and strategies throughout my 15-year health journey. My holistic approach has empowered me to enhance my overall well-being, including life-changing improvements in how I feel, eat, sleep, and work. Through these transformative practices, I achieved recognition as the ‘Best Entrepreneur of 2021’ by UKIHCA, showcasing the tangible impact of prioritising health and wellbeing on both personal and professional levels.
