With five years of experience in health coaching, expertise in various behaviour change modalities and culinary arts, I’ve empowered over 800 busy professionals, helping them overcome low energy and high stress to achieve better health. Through my HEALTHY. HAPPY. ENERGISED™ 1:1 membership and workplace wellness workshops, I guide individuals toward feeling healthy, happy, and energised while encouraging both personal and professional growth.

In addition, as a former NHS Health Coach, I supported hundreds of patients in achieving their health goals through a personalised plan with accountability. My continued qualifications in nutrition, trauma-informed coaching, gut health, CBT, mental health first aid, and healthy weight management have enabled lasting habits for long-term wellness.
