They ensure UKIHCA-Approved Health Coach Training Certifications and UKIHCA-Approved Continued Professional Development.
I was born and raised in the seaside town Penarth in Wales.

Hi, I’m Laura, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with over 17 years of experience in the health and wellbeing sector, including professional roles in events management, the NHS and hospitality. My passion is creating a space where people feel truly welcomed, heard and supported in their journey towards better health.
My journey into health and nutrition began with a fascination for how our bodies work from a young age and a love for good food. However, my path took an unexpected turn when my own health started to decline. I was diagnosed with melanoma, depression, IBS and PTSD, and found myself grappling with burnout, brain fog, migraines, chronic anxiety, insomnia, weight fluctuations and joint pain. I felt lost and overwhelmed, unsure of where to turn for help.
The wake-up call came after undergoing two surgeries for melanoma and realising that the medications I was on seemed to worsen my mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. I knew I needed to take control of my health in a different way.
In my quest for answers, I discovered health coaching, nutrition and lifestyle medicine. I pursued continued professional development in Gut Health, Mental Health First Aid, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Healthy Weight Coaching and Trauma-Informed Coaching to further learn essential knowledge and apply effective behaviour change strategies. This was a pivotal moment for me. I immersed myself in learning, which not only helped me reclaim my health but also ignited my passion for helping others achieve the same. I realised that true health encompasses more than just what we eat – it’s about how we live, think and connect with others.
Today, I use my personal experiences and professional knowledge to guide others through their health struggles, helping them feel healthier, happier and energised. I offer an online HEALTHY. HAPPY. ENERGISED™ 1:1 Membership and Workplace Wellness Workshops in collaboration with the NHS and co-working spaces, to provide tailored support that meets their unique needs.
Over the past 5 years health coaching, I’ve had the privilege of supporting the health of over 500 individuals privately, 300 patients within the NHS, and partnering on 6 successful collaborations. I’m excited to continue supporting people to greater health and spreading the message of holistic health and wellbeing!
