What is Health Coaching?

An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a health professional and expert in behaviour change, partnering with clients to make sustainable diet and lifestyle changes to improve their health and wellness.

I empower you to take control of your own health, in your own time, on your own terms. But most importantly, it means you won’t go on your health journey alone.

In a world that makes good health difficult to achieve and unnecessarily complicated, health coaching removes overwhelm and provides a personalised route back to sustainable health. It helps you to become an expert in your own health, take control and find the simplest ways to get back on track!

Instead of a one-size fits all approach to healthcare, I intently listen, guide and motivate you, as well as provide on-going support and accountability, to help you improve your health and happiness ON and OFF the plate. 

I practice a holistic and client-centered approach which means alongside nutrition, I coach around 12 aspects of your lifestyle. We see how areas of your life are connected, like your relationships, career, physical movement, stress and sleep, whilst digging deep to discover your root causes, to nourish your life fully off the plate. Expertise

I’m certified from the world’s largest Nutrition and Health Coaching School for nearly 30 years, the Institute of
Integrative Nutrition. I have helped 100’s of clients privately within 1:1 programmes and in workplace wellness 1:1 consulations and workshops.

For two years I worked as a Health Coach in the NHS supporting 290 patients to achieve their health goals. Through coaching I supported them with a wide range of health challenges, including cholesterol, anxiety, diabetes, cancer care.

I am fully registered with the UK & International Health Coach Association.

I provide you with a structured yet flexible approach, enouragement and accountability to help you stay on track to your goals, especially during challenging times!

I have support 300+ amazing people, between 16-96 years old with a wide range of health challenges in this way, to feel healthy, happy and energised again!
